Counselling therapy for

General Well-being Mental Health

You deserve support.

You may find yourself in the midst of a big life transition, experiencing anxiety, or feeling disconnected from yourself and others. You may be navigating challenges with family, struggling in your relationship, or feeling ready to make some changes and evolve. Counselling provides a safe, and unbiased space to explore, feel, heal, and grow.

You don’t have to do it alone.

How can I support you?

  • I work with clients to build confidence, address self-doubt and limiting beliefs, and to develop a positive self-image built on authenticity and self-trust.

  • I assist clients in their efforts to adapt to new circumstances and cope with various life changes, such as relocation, separation, transition to parenthood, and loss.

  • I support clients who are dealing with health-related anxieties, stress, reproductive health challenges, or chronic illnesses negatively impacting their quality of life.

  • I work together with clients to understanding and embrace the many facets of who they are. Changes and transitions in life often shake up our self-understanding, and this can be a powerful time to get to know yourself more deeply. We work together to meet these aspects of self, say goodbye to what is no longer serving our identity, and integrate it all.

  • I offer guidance and support for individuals navigating the complexities of parenthood, from new parents to those dealing with parenting-related stresses at any age. I work from a lens of contemporary attachment research, Emotion Focused Family Therapy (EFFT), and the Circle of Security Parenting Program (COSP).

  • This will depend on your unique needs regarding mental health concerns, scheduling, and budget for counselling therapy. It can be helpful to schedule sessions on a weekly or biweekly basis in the beginning to develop the relationship and create a solid foundation for our work together. That said, booking every three to four weeks is also welcome. Working in a way that is comfortable and accessible to you is the priority. I would be happy to further explore what works best for you in a free 20-minute consultation call.

  • Time and again research has shown us that one of the most important predictors of success in counselling is the connection and rapport built between client and therapist. Beyond any particular methodology or tool used in session, if you feel safe, heard, and respected, these are the qualities that lay the groundwork for positive change.
