One-on-one therapy

For the messy, delicate, in-between seasons of womanhood, motherhood, and beyond

You bring the questions that keep you up at night, the tangled feelings about who you are, and the anxiety you’re tired of managing alone.

I’ll bring the reminders, the grounding, and the invitation to meet all the parts of yourself.

P.s. You don’t have to have it all figured out, a perfectly worded story, or a clear “why.” You just need a place to land, and that’s what we’ll create together.

Individual therapy

Sometimes life hands us more than we know how to carry alone whether it’s grief, health struggles, fertility journeys, pregnancy loss, or simply the quiet ache of feeling out of sync with yourself.

Therapy offers a place to gently sort through it all at your own pace.

Here, you don’t need to have the “right” words or a plan. Together, we’ll create room for your story, listen to what your body and emotions are telling you, and move toward steadier ground one step at a time.

The foundations of every therapy session

Healing happens in connection

Relational-Cultural Therapy focuses on real, human connection. Instead of trying to “fix” you, we explore how disconnection, culture, and identity have shaped your story. We build trust so you feel like you can simply be.

Working with your inner parts

Internal Family Systems helps you meet the many different parts of yourself, even the ones that feel heavy or hard. With curiosity and compassion, we help your true Self take the lead, so all parts of you can find more peace.

Listening to your body

Somatic therapy recognizes that your body carries experiences, too. Through gentle, body-based practices, we help your nervous system settle, release old patterns, and create safety from the inside out

✓ Gentle reconnection with your body and your nervous system with somatic tools

✓ Breath, reflection, and healing in your own time, in your own way

✓ Both evidence-based care and your own inner knowing

Moon Rise Therapy isn’t…

✗ Only for people who have it “worse.” Your story matters exactly as it is.

✗ About having all the answers before you start. We figure things out together.

✗ A test you can pass or fail. There’s no “right way” to show up here.

✗ Endlessly talking about your childhood (unless you want to and even then, we’ll connect it to where you are now).

✗ Sitting across from someone who silently nods and takes notes. This is a real, collaborative conversation.

✗ About being broken or needing to be fixed. You are already whole, even if it doesn’t feel like it right now.

The Moon Rise Therapy Process

1. A gentle starting point

We begin with a free 15–20 minute consultation call to explore your hopes for therapy, answer questions, and make sure it feels like a good fit before booking your first session.

2. Paperwork (but simple)

You’ll complete a short intake form and consent documents so I can get to know a bit about you before our first session.

3. First session

We talk about what’s bringing you here and what you’re hoping to work on. I follow your lead and gather your story over time — no pressure to share everything at once. At the end, we’ll make a flexible plan for moving forward, often starting with weekly or biweekly sessions.

4. Ongoing work

We meet regularly and move at a pace that feels right for you. Some shifts may happen early. Others take more time to settle. I meet you where you are, every step of the way.

5. Spacing things out

As you begin to feel more grounded, sessions may become less frequent to give you space to integrate the work into your daily life

6. A thoughtful close

When the time feels right, we’ll meet for a closing session to reflect, celebrate your growth, and talk about what’s next. The door is always open if you wish to return in the future.
