Counselling therapy to support your health, fertility, pregnancy & postpartum.
Virtual Therapy in British Columbia.
Welcome to a space for the high achievers, the recovering perfectionists, and the people pleasers.
When it comes to navigating the world of women’s health, preparing for pregnancy, or moving through a postpartum phase, the type-a-leaning brain often experiences higher anxiety, more disconnection, and and a deeper sense of loneliness.
We want to do it all, and do it all right.
I completely get it. That’s me too.
But those well-practiced ways of excelling, succeeding, achieving?
You’ll start to find they don’t work so well anymore when applied to your heart, body, and spirit.
You are carrying a lot. And you may be feeling:
An immense pressure on your shoulders to ‘do it all’.
The constant inner battle to believe you’re good enough.
Stress about motherhood—wanting kids, not wanting kids, fertility, parenting, you name it.
Feeling lost about how to define yourself outside of your role as a parent, partner, or professional.
Uncertainty and fear when a transition or life change presents itself.
High levels of anxiety that you just can’t get rid of.
Does that sound familiar?
I’m glad you’re here.
My modalities:
Relational Therapy
A modality that places value on creating a trusting, warm, and authentic therapeutic connection.
Somatically Informed
Maintaining awareness of the physical body, and building self trust in the nervous system.
Internal Family Systems
An intuitive approach to getting to know the many parts of you that are hard at work to keep you ‘safe’.
Here’s how I work:
〰️ Warmth and compassion
Right from the start, we co-create a trusting space where all of you is welcome.
〰️ Explore and gather
As you feel comfortable, we’ll explore your goals and desires for therapy, and I’ll ask you more about your life, past and present.
〰️ Support and process
Guided by your goals, we’ll use therapeutic approaches best suited to your needs to identify, heal and process your concerns.
〰️ Reflect and respond
As you move towards your goals and feel more empowered, we will decide when to mindfully close our work together.
How can I support you?

Perinatal & Reproductive Counselling
For hopeful, expecting, and new parents in need of mental health support, as well as those with womb and reproductive related challenges.
May include: health concerns, fertility struggles, pregnancy loss, preparing for life transitions, identity shifts, fears, anxiety, and beyond.
Birth Experience Processing
For parents who would like to explore and gently process their birth experience with care and support.
Whether your experience was positive or empowering, challenging or traumatic, or somewhere in-between, returning to your birth story (when you’re ready) can be a healing part of the journey.
Circle of Security Parenting Program
For new or expecting parents interested in learning more about creating secure attachment between themselves and their children (0-6).
I facilitate this program over 6-8 private sessions, that focus on strengthening the parent-child relationship through learning how to recognize and meet your child’s needs. View COSP website →

25 Days of Mindfulness
Don’t worry—Mindfulness isn’t all long meditation sessions and breath work patterns to memorize. Those are wonderful ways to be in the present moment, but it’s also helpful to have a collection of practices up your sleeve to try over a morning coffee/tea, ponder on your commute, or incorporate into your evening routine.
This E-book is just that! It also incorporates an accompanying journal page for each practice to help track what works best for you.
It’s time to slow down and listen.
You are not alone in feeling anxious and stuck. We can often tell without too much trouble that we don’t feel good, right? But how do we go deeper?
Our mind, our heart, and our physical body, send us signals constantly. They are messages about our desires, our fears, our needs—both physical and emotional. But in order to get things done and push through, we have learned to turn down the volume and set these messages aside.
The thing is, these messages don’t go away. They just get stronger. Uncomfortable physical sensations, anxious feelings, and negative thoughts might begin surfacing more often and making you feel stuck.
How do we shift that stuck feeling? We begin to listen again. It can feel challenging and unfamiliar at first, but with therapeutic support we can invite all parts of the self to communicate. To feel heard. To feel safe.
